The Renown Bishop Philip R. Cousin, Senior Bishop of the A.M.E. Church and former President of the World Council of Churches, will deliver the Mid Year Convocation message at the 11th Episcopal District's Founder's Day celebration, Friday, March 18, 2005 in Jacksonville, Florida. Bishop M. Young serves as the Presiding Prelate of the 11th Episcopal District which comprises Florida and the Bahamas Island. Expected to arrive in attendance will be classmates of Bishop Cousin from South Florida, clergy, politicians, community leaders, educators and the Jacksonville, Florida community, Bishop Cousin served for 8 years in the 11th episcopal district . He is married to Dr. M.Joan Cousin, Episcopal supervisor of the 4th Episcopal District and they are the proud parents of 5 sons in ministry, Rev. Dr. Joseph Cousin, Rev. Michael A. Cousin, Sr., Rev.
