how can i get skiny legs so i can play soccer can i have insructions please.

well, try doing some cardiovascular activities such as squat thrust, leg raises, skipping also helps you to shapen your legs. i used to do boxing regularly and now these sort of exercises has helped a lot. so try doing these. it works well!
