Don't You Love It When God Answers Prayer?greenspun.com : LUSENET : A.M.E. Today Discussion : One Thread |
Praise the Lord everyone!!!I just wanted to testify that the Lord does indeed answer prayer in an instant. The situation is not important, what is important is that in my time of trouble, the Lord as Bishop Butch Davis would put stepped in and showed out.
I am so happy that God the one and only God hears and answers the prayers of those who seek him.
Somebody come and hold my mule, I got to get my shout out!
Have a blessed President's Day weekend.

I join you in testifying that God answers prayer in an instant! So somebody come and hold my mule, while I get my shout out, too. God is an awesome God. Barbara Ransom

Harold I'll do the "holy dance" with you. I too know God cares about even the small things in our lives. I was on my way to a funeral Thursday when I had a flat tire. I didn't want to get dirty changing the flat so I thought I'd put just enough air in the tire and hope it would get me to the funeral home on time. I'd call AAA after the funeral. Well..as you would have when I pulled up to the service station this young man came up after me and asked if I wanted my tire changed. It seems he had run out of gas and I had run out of air. He was a student at Temple University who was also majoring in Political Science as is my son. So I was able to help him get some gas and he fix my tire. I told him the Lord had sent him my way. But it showed me how there's nothing to small in our lives to escape the care of our Father.Kirk

I must joing in the Holy dance. For God is a present help in my time of need. And because of what He's already done, I can trust Him all the way.
