Does anyone know a good legal downloading program that has plenty of anime, movies, and music. I plan to pay a fee for it. I just was curious to know if anyone has any idea of what I am looking for.

theres a thing called usenet, you pay per month and you get max download speeds. you can download pretty much anything on it hope that helps
