Well, it's getting close to the end of this divorce for my son. Today is an interim hearing on the financial situation. Amy left Mike with so many bills to take care of that she was also responsible for! Hopefully the judge will force her to make the payments on her car...that Mike has been assuming for the past three months!!! The Guardian ad Litem has visited Morgan while home with her dad and while she was with her mother. She's making it a point to be at today's hearing for some reason. Maybe she's found out something!!?? Don't know, but Harry and I are really on edge today :-)!

During the week of Dec.13th. through 17th. is when Mike's lawyer thinks the final divorce hearing will take place. She's been an excellent lawyer and has really dug up alot of dirt on Amy AND her mother (Julie). One of Amy's witnesses (in fact the only one she has) for the final divorce hearing is her mother and Julie already has made a fool of herself while on the stand at Amy's first divorce. So Rose (Mike's lawyer) can't wait to get Julie on the stand and really tear her apart...along with Amy!! And we all know that women can be quite aggressive sometimes :-)! Rose has an excellent reputation for getting to the truth and seeing through the fake "crying" of some women while on the stand. I'm sure Amy will put on her best "performance"!!!

On the plus side...the "other" Amy bites the bullet a week from tomorrow! Then we're gonna cut her up into pieces and put her in the freezer :-) :-)!!!

Sounds good for you people so far; have our fingers crossed for a positive outcome for your granddaughter!

I was wondering if your attorney is also good at seeing through the fake crying of MEN while on the stand! :) A lot has to do with the judge I would imagine. I know that mothers often have an unfair advantage in these cases, but it sure seems obvious that this mother is an unfit one, eh?

I must admit you gave me a start with your last paragraph until I remembered who the other Amy was!
