To everyone on the board I am asking that everyone who reads this board pray for our dear friend Robert Matthews III.

Robert has the flu, which is bad enough in itself, but he has some other medical conditions that can be life threatening with the combination of the flu.

Please pray for him and post messages of encouragement. I am asking that you also put him on your prayer chains at church.

Pray that God pour out his supernatural strength upon Robert and that the great physcian Jesus heals him completely.

Robert has been a great friend to so many of us on the board.

Let us lift up upon the healing altar. I know he would appreciate good wishes posted on the board. God bless you and Robert.

Thanks very much for your prayers. It is true that I had the flu. But my emphasis should be on HAD the flu. Today, " by whose stripes ye were healed", I am perfectly well.

Without a doubt I firmly believe what God's word says in Psalm 103:3 "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases". For this passage says not just some but ALL. In fact I am a living witness to it. I had a sickle cell crisis in February of 1999 and my family was told I had only three days to live. But nearly six years later I am yet alive, blessed with a goodly and reasonable portion on health and strength.

So thanks for your concern and your prayers that God, alone, might be given the glory and praise.
