Hey Guys,

Got called out today on a Thyssen TAC 20 that has the overlay tool for diagnostics non proprietary??? Customer say they did not get the owners manual or fault log sheet?

Need a little help, please do not give me any proprietary info, just point me in the right direction, Thanks

Yeah TK did the same thing to one of my customers. They charged them $2,000 for an OST that looks like it cost $100 and then didn't leave any sort of manuel. I told them it was worthless without one. How am I supposed to know what 1101 means? They are going to get one I'm told...but it's been awhile. If I get the manuel I'll send you a copy.
