i want to buy a dory or other seaworthy design that is beach launchable, therefore not heavy, for rowing and sailing. i saw a gig harbor 12' that i am interested in. anybody got a used one for sale?

Did you tell the guys at Gig Harbor Boat works that you were looking for a used one? They occasionally get one on consignment, either as a trade or the owner is moving. On occasion I have seen them for sale in the Seattle P.I. ( http://www.seattlep-i.com ) usually under dinghy's, but sometimes under "sailboats." -Gary-
