My name is Michael Stephens and I am a registered nurse in North Carolina. I am also senior in a Bachelors of Science in Nursing program in North Carolina and one of my assignments is to communicate with a nurse from another country about nursing and health care issues. I am interested the Chinese health care system. Some of the questions I have are as follows. Are you an Enrolled Nurse or a Registered Nurse? If you are from Hong Kong, how have the new management initiatives in health care effected youre practice.
