I have snakes in my crawl space. Just harmless garder snakes but I don't want them...anywhere! What can I do? They seem to come up under my 42" footings and enjoy the cool sand. Can I spread some kind of powder of spray?

If you can handle the smell, moth balls are really good for detering snakes. They don't like the smell either.
