It seems that the church website hasnt been updated since June 30th. I e-mailed someone there. Seems this would be a priority in this age of technology.

Things are extremely busy at the conrfereknce. A number of bills were not ready for reading on days two-four. Apparently the conference has overwhelmed the three Kino's int he area it was using, as well as the local copiers it had set up,

On the political front: A bill was submitted to elect eight bishops. I don't have clear data, but an amendment may ave beeen added (or it may have been part of the bill) to elect three from districts 14-19, and five from districts 1-13.

Conference delegations are working deep into the night. Due to the lack of copies for the delegates, there is a backup in work. The conference worked until 10:30 Sunday after the concert. Then delegations broke to discuss their tickets for the election.

The budget is still to be discussed, but the election is due to take place as of the 7 PM session Monday. As I type, this session is now resuming.
