Using which software we can create PBC(2.0 version) VCDs. Nero can create only track based menu structure. I want to create menu to access various part(time/frame)of a single clip or track. VCD-Easy is the one software i tried, but it was a demo version, i was not able to do it properly. Please advise me..

Well, you could buy VCDeasy. The demo version has a lot of limitations.
