Well, I guess I have to initiate a similar thread like I did for Mother's Day. The marginalization of black men in our society make honoring fathers that more important. Kudos to all men who have ungrudgingly assumed their parental duties and responsibilities. A special salute is given to those men who are single Dads. It is also noted that many Moms are doing doulbe-duty as Mom and Dad. Thank you also. To those men who are NOT fulfilling their duty as father I sincerely pray for your conviction to support YOUR children and do what is right!! Any testatorone-endowed man can be a father, but it takes a special man to be a "Daddy". Happy Father's Day to all Dads on this MB and throughtout our AME Connection.
