How many Annual Conferences can you miss answering the Pastor's "Roll Call" before being dropped from the Annual Conference Roll?

Well, I believe you can miss two - on the 3rd the Secretary should make one of two motions: either to remove you from the roll or to refer you to the Ministerial Efficiency Committee.

However, no Senior Minister/Pastor should miss any roll call except for illness. Part of the job is being at Annual Conference, even if you have a secular job, too. Elders and Deacons who are not Senior Ministers really should be able to make roll call, as well, even if they are only at conference for the 2-3 hours that it takes. You have a whole year to request the day off from your job.
