PENTAX OPTIO S4 & MINOLTA XT

1/ Does anyone know the typical price for either of these cams in Singapore?

2/ Can you use the Pentax as a web cam like you can the Minolta?

3/ Any experience with either for NIGHT SHOTS (long exposure) and ACTION SHOTS continuous rapid shoot??

4/ Also, is the Fuji Finepix F610 availble in Singapore???

A lot of questions I know... hopefully a lot of answers too.
