How I made it over. How I made it over. You know my soul looks back and wonders how I made it over. But as soon as I can see Jesus. The Man that died for me. The Man that bled and suffered, and He hung on Calvary. You know I'm going to thank Him for how He's brought me, and I will thank Him on how He taught me. I thank my God cause He kept me, and I thank Him cause He never left me.How I made it over in 2003! Thank You Jesus! Thank You God! Thank you Holy Spirit.
Happy and Blessed to the children of the Heavenly King in 2004!

A happy and blessed New Year to the children of the Heavenly King in 2004!

Tonight is watch night service at church. Like most people I thought that watch night service meant to bring in the new year at church praising the lord! However, I found out that for african-americans it started as a night of watching to see if emancipation would become the law of the land. Look how God has brought us over! Now the church gathers to thank the Lord for bringing them over at watch night service. Did anyone else know that? God is great! God is good all the time! Let us bathe ourselves in Gods' goodness. I pray that everyone has a year filled with evangelism and Gods' constant mercy and grace. Be blessed church. Much love Felicia

O Sister Mary you have started something up in here tonight with your praising God for bringing you through 2003!!!!!! Let me weigh in on this matter also. My soul looks back and wonder also how I made it through 2003 also. I thank God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit for giving me the encouragement and making a way out of no way in 2003 for me!!! I thank God for the trials and tribulations that I had in 2003 and for the lessons that I learned!!!! I also learned that when you are undergoing trials and tribulations don't ever stop praying!!! PRAYER is the greatest weapon you have in spiritual warfare. It's alright to put on the helmet of salvation, the breast plate of righteousness, the belt of truth, shoes to speed you on to the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, and use the sword of the Spirit. However, it is PRAYER that will show you how to use all these weapons. HALLELUJAH AND PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW!!!Jazzman
