I've finally settled with "Abbey" and I must thank everyone who has helped me in the past 18 months. In particular I want to thank Mark Amos who is a "sainted man" as Billy Connolly would say! But seriously I am very indebted to Mark, Guy, Lee, David John Button,and so many others.

I hope this give you all some inspiration to keep going and fighting on and if I can be of any help (not that I'm an expert) please get in touch.

It has been really hard and I've had to fight hard and at times just wanted to give up...but I'm glad I didn't.

I'm looking forward to storing all the "bumph" in the loft !

I won't forget the site and I'll keep in touch!

Well done Moira, I am pleased for you. I on the other hand have just received a letter from Eversheds this morning explaining they are going ahead with County Court Proceedings and an attachment of earnings in the next 7 days. Can anyone recommend a good solicitor?
