Why did I never use direct connect before?! I never hear people saying to use direct connect in here, all i see are people saying to use kazaa, irc and bittorrent :P

People say DC as well, just not of late. DC++ seems to be good if you find a nice hub and have plenty to share. I've never tried it, but I've heard good and bad stuff about it.

It's kazaa except you have to join a hub address and meet the hub requirement(how much you're sharing and how many send slots you have open).

Go to http://dcplusplus.sourceforge.net/, download DC++ v.303 for windows. Then when you have the program open, go to file->settings, on the connection setting, check passive if you're behind a firewall. You then click sharing, and choose the folder you want to share the files with, if you don't have specific hub address and just want to search random anime hubs from a list, then go to http://moria.pedher.net/dc/list/, find a hub you want, get the address, then go to view->public hub, and type the address in the dialog.
