I watched the anime like years ago. I just want to know does the manga go on after the series ended?

Yes it does. The series ended (plot-wise) in volume 18, the manga goes on for another 28 volumes. Some people rave about how good the remainin 10 volumes were, just because they weren't animated, but in my opinion the first 18 were better.

When you compare the last 10 volumes of the manga compared to the rest of the series. The last 10 VOlumse were SO SO MUCH GREATER!

The last 10 volumes is just the Jinchuu Arc.

Kenshin's ex-wife's, who has a sad story of her own (the OVA explains her story) brother goes to kill Kenshin and he does this really messed up stuff to mess with Kenshin (pretends to kill Kaoru mainly).

The manga doesn't have anything like the wierd Ninja thing, or Christian thing (Didn't like those two parts in the series). Or anything after Shishio dies. (I did like the Sanosuke Side Story.... near the end)

Basically the manga just really ends the series (Hated the Kenshins series ending too). THey actually give an ending to the Kenshin thing in the manga.
