dont bother getting an emulator cause your pc wont be good enough plus i dont think there are any that properly work. heres a link for a vvery good site anyway: http://www.ngemu.com for roms try http://www.suprnova.tk/ which uses bittorrent. It also has alot of good manga (under books and misc) and anime links.
