Does anyone know where to get a good Dreamcast Emu with a bios?

The only Dreamcast Emulators for the PC that I know of are here- www.dcemulation.com, with Icarus being the best of the lot, but, why would you want to get a Dreamcast emulator? They're pretty cheap now, around $20 to $30, I think, and I know Gamestop is selling them with a free VMU. It's a lot better to play DC games on the TV.

I once had a dreamcast but I sold it because i thought an emulator would come out soon. It's been 6 months now and I still can find a dreamcat emulator that works. The reason I chose an emulator over a real system is becayse I like the fact that I can play it on my computer hooked up to my tv with wireless gamepads. No matter what system comes out the PC PREVAILS. At least thats my opinion.
