is a pretty good site. They rotate 4 episodes every now and then. I got a lot of my episodes there ;)

They aren't such bad quality either. (Shabada's episodes were so low quality, I couldn't read the subs in the first ep I downloaded, I ended up just going to #shonen-ai at mircx to download it in higher quality.
