I am in debt with the banks and also owe money i had taken from my friend. I am paying of my dues in phasis as and when i manage to my existing debtors. Also the salary i get from my company is delayed with already a abcklog of 5 months. But Alhomda Illah things are being managed. I would like to know in my case how would the zakat to be given.

I personally own a piece of land and some money back home in India. The other assets in terms of ornaments etc. is what belongs to my Wife for which i have no authority or right.

I would like your guidance Insha Allah
