Good evening connection. Today; as you all have probably heard, the light drizzle and fog has given firefighters much needed help in their fight against the destructive fires here in southern California. Some of the firefighters said this morning that it would not be enough precipitation, however we know that once God takes heed to the prayers of His people whatever He does is "plenty enough". I know that somebody prayed for southern California, because as soon as distress was heard in the voice and messages of the southern California connection things changed. The prayer warriors all over the connection ask and God sent a cool onshore flow from the north which gave the upper hand. In San Diego the Cedar Pines fire has almost exhausted its fuel and from what I hear the same is true in San Bernadino. God is so good! Pray for those who lost loved ones that the comforter will ease their pain. We are weary from prayer and it is the best feeling. Thank you so much for praying with us. Still waiting to hear from our 5th district prayer leader. I have e-mailed her telling her that we are looking forward to hearing her usual praise report. Life is slowly getting back to normal. Some folks are still without homes so we are all giving as God has given us. The love and peace of God watch between you and I until we speak again; beloved connection. Love always Felicia

My prayers are with all the brothers and sisters who are truamatized by the reging fire. Remember, God is in control. He would not lead you into something (the fires) unless He will lead you out of it. After all of this, we (you) will have a new testimony to share about God's grace, mercy and love.Keep your eyes fixed on Him.
