hi, i wanted to burn my dvd for my friend but i was struck with problem. my computer can copy the dvd but after i duplicated them, the dvd become a folder with bunch of small files. i tried to play the small files but it won't play.....what should i do??? how do u make dvd rip???? and also if someone can tell me how to put that into a cd i would appreciate it. do u have to cut the files in two??? please help me!

well i can tell you that u'd first have to convert the movie file to an MPEG (not quite as good quality) so u can burn it to an VCD. but depending on the movies length, and quality, u might have to cut it into 2 or 3 sections to fit it on a 700mb CD

It's kinda late and I hav to go to school tomorrow so i'll try to answer your question as short as possible...

1)first you have to rip the dvd to vob format

2) Then convert the vob to mpg or rename it

3) then split it in 650 mb parts

4) then use a program to burn it to vcd like Easy CD crator 5 or similar.

havent I answered this question before? anyways feel free to ask any more questions or if you would like me to explain further. keep in mind that this process can take DAYS (about 8 hours to rip then 30minto convert the so on)
