hi i have a chapter of a certin manga that i want to translaeat but i dont know ho to wright on the scans and whit what kind of program to do it so please help me if you know thnx^_^

I do them usually with PAINT. Just open them with it and you can do whatever you like.

Yeah, paint is a good one. Photoshop is good too ^^
