You can find the tv edit version of the song here, along with alot of other cool naruto stuff. You have to login to the site, but it's worth it.http://narutofan.com/index.php?p=8

Seems like i am a liar. After listing to it for a while, I love it. Ppl say it sounds like a smurf but I don't hear it. Maybe one of the chipmunks with a more human voice but not a smurf

I enjoy the new opening. Of course you can't just up and get used to something after hearing the second opening which was the best yet, but I don't mind it. ^.^

I loved the Haruka Kanata and I thought NOTHING would compare to it... but I was pleasantly surprised with the new opening! I love it! ^_^ after listening watching it so many times I've become obsessed lol. The animation on it is pretty cool, lol it's stuck in my head right now. Does anyone have the lyrics?

The new op reminds me a lot of the opening to Ippatsu Kikimusume. Its pretty good tho.

What exactly does kanashimi wo yasashisa mean anyway
-- Anonymous, October 20, 2003
ya that new opening sure is catchy, i've been watching it over and over as well

kanashimi is sadnessyasashisa is tenderness
kanashimi wo yasashisa ni (naru)
it's like saying, turn your sadness into tenderness, but the verb (in brackets) is omitted-- implicit--

Oh, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Kind of like track 8 on the Naruto OST (Haku's death along with other sad parts)
