Try installing the new codec from www.3ivx.com. It cleared up problems with several of my files as well.

Saiyaman don't keep old eps on his site. So you would need to find a site that does. I can only tell you that www.animesuki.com, www.anime.mircx.com, and a.scarywater.net won't have them
