You can try to search in this forum. Long time ago, I`ve posted a thread that gives you the ED2K links for One Piece vol. 1-16. You will need to use Emule or Edonkey to download them. As the fact that One Piece is licensed to Viz, it`s pretty hard to find the scanslations. Good Luck
