Ummm I can speak put I don't know how to read it yet. I can teach you how. And No it's not hard. If you can understand some spanish or speak some it will be eaiser most of the words are near or prounouced the same. They just mean defrent things. Im me if you want to learn Sn is seithvon

Japanese is realitivly easy to speak because it goes by syllables, but it is very hard to read. So, basically, you could learn to easily speak japanease in abt 3 to 6 months if you pracice daily. This would help in understanding the TV episodes, but reading the manga is a whole different story.
