Hey, I downloaded bittorent and later had a virus and someone hacked on my computer.So I had to reset my whole computer to factory. I was wondering does bittorent give u a virus?? Or does game roms give u a virus ?? Thanks

When did this happen? Do you have windows? If this happened about a month ago (give or take a few weeks), there were all those e-mail viruses (you probably know all about that) that you might have gotten. And with the hacker, Microsoft found this back door hackers could use to get into your computer using microsoft word (I'm pretty sure it was word). If you didn't install the security updates everyday, that could have been why you got hacked into. I'm not sure if bittorrent can send viruses and allow people to hack into your computer and I hope not because I use it too^_^
