What is the best place to download anime at high speed? I mean I can download at over 200kb/s, but like on kazaa and dc++ the best I seem to get is 20kb/s. When I find a website that has media on it I can max out my speed but those are very rare and have small selection. Just wondering if there is any way to get full speed?
