i accdiently use a adobe reader to open a rmvb file how can i change it so that it back to the icon that has like a white and have a widow logo on it because i have to change the name of the file befor it can play Thank in advence ^_^ and sorry my spelling is bad

right click on file, select properties, on the line that says "Application: blah blah blah", there's a button at the right that is labeled change, go there and browse wmp from your application list.

I'm not sure exactly what you're talking about but I know how to change which program opens the file.

1. Find the icon for the rmvb file you're trying to open
2. Right click on the icon
3. Select "Open With"
4. Go to "Choose Program" on the menu that pops up
5. Now a window with a bunch of different application icons should pop up, choose the program you want to open the file (I suggest real player because that is what plays rmvb files)
6. Before you hit "OK" make sure to check the box that says "Always use this program to open these files"
7. Click "OK"

If you did it right, everytime you open that type of file it will open in the program you told it to.

i did do that and i used adobe reader to open it and now when ever i try to open it, it opens with adobe reader and i want to change it back to look like the icon that has the Window logo on it
