You won't find torrents of Fushigi Yugi. Since, it is already licensed and released in America. For the most part, it is very hard to find torrents of licensed anime. However, there is a channel on the IRC where a lot of people serve fushigii yugii eps. It's at

#SailorMoonCenter at Aniverse.

If you don't mind horrible quality eps and the dubbing, (and I do mean HORRIBLE quality, think about 10 MB :(

I would strongly suggest the IRC channel, though. I even got some ogg files so i could switch back and forth between the sub and dub (since my sis can't stand subtitles and i can't stand the dub)
