you can also see up to episode 127 in raw japenese ^_^ 126 was so cute! ... and 127 was cool cuz it was in kagomes timeline, which are my fav type of episode

you can get more up to date episodes from acombination of animeforever.ddrmaniax.net and anime-kraze.net. fangirlfriday works in junction with anime forever so they release at the same time. anime-kraze has 123 out and the second movie, while anime forever has kinda fallen behind.
