If you want english dubs you have to get it from dvdrip groups on irc since they won't put it on torrents. They'll do dual audio so you can watch it in subs if you prefer listening to japanese. But they only have up to about ep 40 at best.

And Kenshin is EASY to find on irc.aniverse.com or irc.mircx.com
