I actually watched an OLD (mid-80s) Chinese movie based on Dragonball. It was dubbed in English and REALLY awful, everyone looks all wrong and the plot is useless, but Goku (aka Monkey Boy) and Bulma, Yamcha, Muten Roshi, etc are all in it, except Yamcha has a PARROT for crying out loud. I don't know anything else about it, it was just a cheap bootleg video my bro dragged up from somewhere. Not really worth your time, believe me.

LOL, I heard of that. I hear it has a really bad plot and characters, but that it's so stupid it's funny. Dragon Pearl I think it was called.

Yes, precisely, that was it. It was horrible, horrible, horrible. The only slightly amusing part was the Turtle Master's dance, the rest was it was excruciatingly bad. And the action was atrocious. Those balls sure were pretty, though. Err...yeah.
