i tried to search and the earliest i came up with is an April thread and some of the links are no longer active. can anyone point me on the right direction as to where (kazaa or bittorrent but bittorrent is preferred). thanks in advance

I think that since GITS SAC has been liscensed and Bandai has gone after fansub sites that are offering new downloads, that at the moment, your only recourse is to go to http://www.saiyaman.info/bt/ and learn Japanese.

thanks.. i have actually downloaded one from them already. i didn't notice the word RAW at the end of the file as i thought it's just a raw (zip) file until i watched it. thanks anyway. i think i'll just wait for it's release then.
