Today I purchased an Apple AirPort Extreme Base Station from the Apple Store in Clarendon. The price was $249.00 - $20.00 (Federal Employee Discount). I also purchased an ethernet cable so I can directly attach my dual G4 to the Airport.

I brought this AirPort Extreme home and began playing at 20:00. I was using an older G3 PowerBook laptop because it had an AirPort card installed. I was having problems talking to the base station for about 30 minutes. If finally dawned on me that there was a newer version of the AirPort software included with the new hardware. As luck would have it, the G3 PowerBook was running 10.2.4 and not 10.2.6, so I could not install onto the G3.I installed an AirPort card into my existing G4 tower and installed the new software without any issues. Once installed, the software did not care for my existing CCPL password. There were problems with a '$$' in the password. I reset my CCPL password to letmein1 and all was working fine.
