theres 31 -32 volumes in slamdunk... not sure where you can get volume 23 but im looking for it as well

23 is on irc, it hasn't popped up on TMP's website yet. Give it a few weeks if you care to wait, or go trawl through the manga channels. It's not a very interesting volume, but it has its good bits.
