No You Can Not Get That Materia Again I Know This Because I Have Beaten The Game Several Times And Have Done All That Is To Be Done In The Game But Allthough You Can Not Get That One There Are Three ITEM-plus Materia In The Game.

U Can't Get Back To The Place Where The ITEM-Plus Is Because U Only Get To Go To The Shinra-HQ Twice. 1: To Go Save Aeris From Shinra And 2: To Stop Hojo, So U Have Missed It Compleatly. I Know This Because I Know Where All The Materia Is In The Game. Sorry!!!
