Does anyone know where I can find volumes 2+ of Full Metal Panic (manga) translated into english, an FTP would work, but does anyone know a site that has them on Bittorrent?

Also, with Full Metal Panic Fumoffu (season 2), how often will it be released fansubbed, how long will it be, and where is the best and/or fastest site to get new eps.?

BTW, don't give any of that IRC stuff. I do what the little guides say but it never seems to work for me.

You can get the fan subs of full metal panic fumoffu @ AnimeSuki.com. It's a bittorrent site. I have only seen the first two eps. and they're sweet.
