There is a great Yu-Gi-Oh fan site called BlueXL, and they have full episodes to watch under their multimedia. They even have the Battle City Finals from season 3.

Last time I checked Battle City STARTS about 7 episodes into season 3. I haven’t seen all my DVDs yet, but I’m pretty damn sure that the finals start in season 4(if not then, than the very end of season 3.)

Battle City finals start at the very end of season 3,season 4 starts with the duel "Kaiba V.S Yugi Duel of Destiny".Season 3 ends with the beginning of that duel and the ending of "Joey V.S Marik"
