I think its liscensed, but i have eps 01-05 from this one site (i dont remember), but if anyone know any bittorrent sites that offer eps 06 and over, please tell me. *sigh* i should've downloaded it a long time ago.

try out suprnova.com im sure they have 16-20+22-25+61 ,58-60 ,Dance carnival , and One piece movie 2 donno how they are havent checked them yet wohuld really like the 1-5 have read the manga but not seen the anime =( its great damn hard to find though
