E's otherwise is done by three groups, one group which is sloppy (animejunkies), one group who's even more sloppy(anime-haven), and one group afking for two months(a.f.k.)[no pun intended]. AJ has only subbed up to 14, so if you want raw you should try winmx. And if you want sub, well, you have to pretty much wait for a.f.k. to come back cuz aj have stopped on their projects recently.

Hi guys, know where i can find previous eps like from 15 on that is if they have been subbed?i cant use bittorent as it dont work for some reason on the university network.and i cant use mirc coz it's like heavily capped.help.thanx

No idea on that one. E's Otherwise isn't too popular at the moment, so it's mainly found on only BT and IRC and not http or ftp. Maybe you should check from wherever you got episodes 1-14 from.

well...now i hav those eps. whut happened with the rest of em?? i know the series is done in japan. all i need are eps 24-26. that's all, y didnt the fansubbers finish it all. only 2 eps left. this is the only anime series that is left unfinished on my list.

Fansubbers only sub whenever they feel like subbing, they do not have an obligation to translate and distribute eps at all if they don't want to. Hence why I'm tired of people asking "why didn't fansubbers sub this and that?"
