i thought USA gave a law tad they will sue people who download?

only on licensed music and movies ( hollywood movies ). i dont think they focus on anime yet (licensed or not). since the anime industry in US is so tiny, it doesnt even worth the effort/cost for sueing the ppl who commit copyright infringement by downloading anime.
