If you want good quality for the anime you are downloadeing, Bittorrent best is the best to use^_^

But you're forgetting that you can only use Bittorent for newer anime series most of the time. If you want older episodes or series your best bet would be peer to peer networks. They aren't always the fastest way to go, but usually you'll find what you're looking for. Plus most anime are available in decent quality from P2Ps.
