the only thing i can tell you is that animelyrics.com has midis of Rurouni Kenshin, even Freckles, but not an mp3, so i guess this doesn't really help....sorry.

Why would you want the English version? I think you should get Sobakasu in Japanese-Which if you have no luck finding the English version, is available almost everywhere.

www.ex-anime.com You have to register first and you can only download on certain days (a major pain) but they have practicaly every RK song made.(Freckles should be there)
