If either had unlimited ammo, then Vash would win because his shots NEVER miss.

But if ammo was limited, Vash would dodge all of Spike's bullets, Spike would duck behind cover until Vash loses all his bullets, then Spike would kick Vash's ass with martial arts.

I think it would be a good battle. But Vash would win..he isn't human, his shots never miss and he has super human speed. Spike probably knows how to fight better than Vash but i don't think that matters.

Alright i just wanna get one thing staight. Vash isnt a friggin god! He misses alot of his shots. Watch ep 26 when he fights his brother. He misses alot! Although... He is very accurate he does miss occusionaly. The fight can go either way. I think it'd be a long shootout, because spike is good wit a gun, but not good enough compared to vash, and vash on the other hand, never shoots to kill unless he needs to. When he hits pike it would be in the leg or shoulder. Which wouldnt be very uneffective, because i watch alot of cowboy bebop an he'll get nmailed then get back up and keep running. Spike is used to pain. Anyway, eventually there gonna run out of bullets, and spike will be hit 2 or 3 times. Vash would use his automatic gun on his rite hand, not the mondo big one, BUT Vash fights with honor and wouldnt use a gun against sum1 defenseliss. Hand to hand combat comes. Spike WOULD easily win but hes injured, so heres were the fite can go either way.It would be really close, and spike wouldnt hold back, being hes the 60 billion man. But my moneys on spike, being that He would fight to his death and vash wouldnt kill unless for the life of another (Kill the spiders to save the butterflies). Vash would turn himself in, but probably sneek away sumhow in the bebop.

I think Spike would win, cuz Vash wouldn't have the guts to go really for the win. If he would, we'd be taling about an evil Vash, a Knives even... Then it would be simple: Angel Arms. Fini. The end of Spike.
