i've checked. it's not licensed. but it's too old a series, plus it has 62 ep (tv series alone) so there're no bittorent sites which offer them now. but if u keep track of sites like animesuki, pp hav requested for re-release of this series, so there's a chance that we'll see some gp offering them again in future. if u want to know which fansub gps hav done this series, check this site,
